TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to AR PRINT.

AR PRINT is an online personalization platform operated by Anim-r that allows users to transform photos, artwork, names and other content into personalized creations associated with video, animation and augmented-reality experiences.

By accessing the platform, creating an account, uploading content, creating a personalized design or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. The Service

AR PRINT allows users to upload or select visual content, personalize a design, associate video or animated content with it, preview the result and, where available, order a physical personalized product. Some functions may require creation of a user account.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless you notify us of unauthorized use. Your account may contain previous orders and creations you have chosen to save.

3. User Content

You may upload photographs, artwork, videos, names, text or other material to create a personalized product or AR experience. You retain ownership of the original content you upload. By uploading content, you grant AR PRINT and Anim-r the limited permission necessary to store, process, resize, reproduce, transform and otherwise use that content solely to provide the requested service, including creating previews, producing your personalized product, enabling its AR functionality and fulfilling your order.

4. Your Responsibility for Uploaded Content

You must only upload content that you have the legal right to use. By uploading a photograph, artwork, video, logo, text or other material, you confirm that you own it or have obtained all necessary permissions. You must ensure that your use does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights belonging to another person. Where content depicts another identifiable person, you are responsible for obtaining any consent required for the intended use. You may not upload unlawful, abusive or otherwise prohibited material. AR PRINT may refuse or remove content when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect third-party rights or operate the service safely.

5. Personalized Products

Personalized products are created from information and content supplied or approved by the customer. Before confirming an order, you are responsible for reviewing the preview, spelling, names, selected media and other personalization choices. Minor differences may occur between an on-screen preview and the final physical product because of differences in screens, printing processes, materials, dimensions and production methods.

6. AR and Digital Experience

Certain products may provide access to an augmented-reality, video or animated experience. Availability and performance may depend on the user's device, browser, internet connection, camera permissions and supported technologies. Because digital technologies evolve, we cannot guarantee that every AR feature will remain compatible indefinitely with every future device or operating system.

7. Orders and Payment

Prices and applicable charges are displayed before an order is confirmed. An order is completed only after successful payment and acceptance of the order by AR PRINT. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate refund where required.

8. Personalized Orders and Cancellations

Because many products offered through AR PRINT are created specifically according to a customer's selections or uploaded content, cancellation and return rights may differ from those applicable to ordinary non-personalized products. Nothing in these Terms limits any cancellation, refund or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under Israeli law. The applicable rules and cancellation procedure are described on our Cancellations page.

9. Intellectual Property

The AR PRINT platform, software, interface, branding, graphics, technology and original platform content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Uploading content to AR PRINT does not transfer ownership of that content to us. Likewise, using the platform does not transfer ownership of AR PRINT or Anim-r software, technology or intellectual property to the user.

10. Availability of the Service

We aim to maintain reliable access to the platform but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, updates, technical failures, internet problems or circumstances outside our control may temporarily affect the website or AR functionality.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AR PRINT and Anim-r will not be responsible for losses caused by misuse of the platform, unauthorized user uploads, incompatible devices, interruptions outside our reasonable control or incorrect information supplied by the customer. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under Israeli law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and use of the platform are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, subject to any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.

Privacy

We collect personal information necessary to provide and operate the AR PRINT service. Depending on how you use the platform, this may include your name, email address, account information, delivery information, order history, saved creations and technical information relating to use of the service. Because AR PRINT is a creative personalization platform, information you voluntarily upload may also include photographs, images, artwork, text, names, video or other media.

How We Use Information

  • creating and storing your personalized creations;
  • generating previews;
  • associating images with video, animation or AR experiences;
  • manufacturing and delivering orders;
  • maintaining your account and order history;
  • providing customer support;
  • protecting the platform against abuse and fraud;
  • complying with applicable legal obligations.

Uploaded Photos and Videos

Uploaded media is used to provide the service requested by the user. AR PRINT and Anim-r do not acquire ownership of your original photographs, videos or artwork simply because you upload them. You grant only the rights reasonably necessary to process, store, reproduce and technically modify the material for creation, production, fulfilment and operation of your AR experience. Uploaded customer content will not be sold as artwork or licensed to third parties for unrelated commercial purposes without the user's authorization.

Service Providers

Information may be processed by service providers necessary to operate the platform, such as hosting, storage, payment-processing, email, production and delivery providers. Such access should be limited to what is reasonably necessary to provide their services.

Payment Information

Payments may be handled by a specialist payment provider. AR PRINT should not store complete payment-card details when those details are processed directly by the payment provider.

Saved Creations

If you use My Creations, your personalized projects may remain associated with your account so that you can access them later. Users may contact us regarding deletion of saved personal content, subject to information we are required to retain for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or transaction purposes.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or loss. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Children's Content

If a user uploads photographs or videos depicting children, the user confirms that they are authorized to use those materials for the requested personalized product and experience.

Intellectual Property and Third-Party Rights

Users remain responsible for ensuring that uploaded content can legally be used. Do not upload copyrighted artwork, professional photographs, trademarks, videos or other protected material unless you own the relevant rights or have permission to use them.

Requests Concerning Personal Information

Subject to applicable Israeli law, users may contact Anim-r regarding access to, correction of or deletion of personal information held about them. Requests can be submitted to MichaelA@anim-r.com. We may need to verify the identity of the requester before processing certain requests.

Changes

This notice may be updated when the platform, its technology or applicable legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this website.
